Shipping & Delivery

1) How do I contact Mama Bear Wear?

You can reach out to us at info@shopmamabearwear.com or by entering your information below.

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website. 

3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 5-14 working days (unless otherwise stated in description), depending on your location and country. Shipping times for pre-order items and items shipped directly from a warehouse can take 15-30 days. Shipping times for each item is displayed in their descriptions. 

4) Why is my package missing some items?
Most of our items are directly in stock and ready to ship, while other items are pre-order or shipped from our favorite warehouses. Some items may be shipped in different packages, and therefore all of your items may not arrive all at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.

6) Where do you ship from?

Our in stock as well as our Pre-Order items are shipped from our home base in Wisconsin. 

Other items we ship directly from warehouses in Asia, the United States and Europe. We try to get these items to you as fast as possible!

Where an item is shipping from is explained in each description. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about a particular item. 

7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

1) Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed the 14 days as described in detail in our return policy (post marked by 14 days). However, all items returned should be in their original condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
**Promotional/End of Stock sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

2) Do you accept exchanges?
Provided that the returned item is in it's original condition, exchanges are possible. Please send us a message at info@shopmamabearwear.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange. Exchanges are processed as a return and repurchase. 

3) I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
In order to avoid delays in the shipping process we do not accept cancellations.

4) How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please contact us if it has been more than 14 days.

5) What is your full return policy?

Sales from our End of Stock Sales are final. 
All items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval, given the following conditions:
Exclusions apply to promotional (free) items.
Request(s) for returns are accepted within 14 working days from delivery.
All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of it's parts and tags. Items must be free of odors, including smoke. Attempting to return an item that does not adhere to this policy will result in the item not being refunded. 
Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on approval.
Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders. Cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 2 hours of the initial purchase, must get approval.
The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of Mama Bear Wear.
The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before receiving a refund.
Any change of addresses are subjected to approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. We are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.

6) What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at info@shopmamabearwear.com and provide photos of damaged item for replacement.

Import Taxes & Duties

1) Will I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Mama Bear Wear cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
